NACC offers an information service over the telephone for people
affected by IBD. Calls are taken by our Information Officers between
10.00 am and 1.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays. The number to call is 0845
130 2233 (or 01727-844296). Most calls to this number from within the UK are charged at
local call rates. An answer phone service is
available outside these hours, where you can leave a message for an
Information Officer to ring you back. Written
Enquiries Letters or e-mail enquiries are also
answered, but due to the number of enquiries we receive it is often not possible to reply
straight away. We hope that you will be understanding if such a
delay occurs. Our
