and Me is for young people aged 16 – 29 living with
Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn’s Disease. It started as a
programme of small group meetings where young people met and
talked about their life with IBD and how they thought NACC
might be able to help. Now you can join the IBD and Me
discussion forum and share experiences with other young
people. There are information sheets about schools,
university, work, relationships and other issues that young
people have said would be helpful.
Have a look at the IBD and Me pages and
tell us what else you would like to see.
