Fancy that.... NACC can offer you a place in any major city marathon except London! You name a marathon we will see if there are places still available. The New York is a favourite – places for New York go well before the closing date in September. Pick up that phone, make your request and we will see what we can do. In the meantime get your running shoes on and start training!

Please make a donation

If you would like to support NACC, please either make a donation online through our partner site Justgiving or use our printed donation form

you can also create a donations page for your own sponsored event through Justgiving.

When you donate via Justgiving they reclaim the income tax you have paid on that sum on our behalf (where you have declared yourself to be a UK tax payer) and add that to your donation before passing the total to NACC.

NACC pays Justgiving a small administration fee for this service which includes the charge made by the credit card company.

If you are interested in taking part in any of the events listed on our fundraising pages then please e-mail  or call 01727 830038.  There are many events and activities listed on these pages.  Please select a title below to read about that subject:

2009 was a fabulous event thanks to our runners, volunteers and to Abbott UK for their generous donation to cover some of our costs.

GNR TEAM NACC was 125 strong, most of whom visited our marquee with family and friends to lap up the fantastic atmosphere and have a leg massage, courtesy of Lauren Humprey and Chris Roberts, students at the Sports Therapy faculty of University College Birmingham.

NACC’s GNR Staff and Volunteer Working Team were delighted to meet you, know that many of you want to continue your support by taking part in the GNR again. It was a truly humbling experience to hear your stories, meet your families and friends and know that you share our aims to help everyone who is affect by Colitis & Crohn’s.

With over 8,000 expected to get involved, it is now the largest triathlon event in the world - an experience not to be missed!

-Sprint Distance - 750m / 20km / 5km

-Olympic Distance - 1500m / 40km / 10km

-Team Racing – 1 Swimmer (750m / 1 Cyclist (20km) / 1 runner (5km)

We are able to offer you a place on most worldwide marathons or runs – name your city and we will try to get you to it! We are waiting for your call on 01727 734485.

If none of the above appeals why not check with your local council or tourist information centre to see what marathons or runs are taking place near you or in your capital city? We will support you by providing a running vest, literature to present to your sponsors and your very own webpage on JustGiving.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ASK ALL OUR SUPPORTERS RUNNING ALL EVENTS TO PERSONALLY CONTRIBUTE AT LEAST THE DEPOSIT AND ENTRY FEE.

All costs to be confirmed at time of booking and are p/person

NB Participants in UK marathons and runs make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

Nothing on our fundraising pages appeal to you? Why not organise your own run or join in a run local to you? Most cities, towns and villages organise their own running events.
